hi, i’m brett, but most people know me as smiles. that nickname stuck because no matter what i was going through, i always tried to keep one. but the truth is, there were times when i didn’t feel much like smiling at all.

for years, i carried a lot, physically, mentally, emotionally. i struggled with my energy, my confidence, my focus, and honestly, just feeling good in my own body. i knew something had to shift, so i started making changes. not all at once. not perfectly. but slowly, consistently, and with support.

over time, i lost a significant amount of weight. more importantly, i gained something back, myself. i started feeling better in ways i didn’t even expect. clearer thinking. more energy. better sleep. a stronger sense of who i was and how i wanted to show up every day.

that shift changed everything for me. not because i followed some trend or chased a quick fix, but because i learned how to show up for myself in small, sustainable ways. and now, that’s what i help others do.
